Hi, I'm Kami, and I am excited to be your Movement Motivator.  My journey to finding my passion and aligning with my purpose in movement included intentional connection to body and breath.  This allowed me to create space in my body as I went deeper within to remove limiting beliefs and emotional and mental blocks. Incorporating a consistent practice in my daily routine of connecting to myself through movement and breath has helped me to align with optimal wellness, it has improved my self esteem, and it has given me a deeper knowledge of self.  I firmly believe that applying this type of wellness to your everyday life will help you achieve your full potential and live with passion and purpose.
